Prices are possible in Euros with a fixed rate

Examples:

- Christmas week from 19th Dec to 26th Dec 2015: 6300 Euros

- In January: from 2nd to 30th: 3450 Euros

- Sommer weeks: from 2500 Euros to 3100 Euros

Our PRICES include:

• All costs such as electricity, water,
• Kitchen equipment with kitchen towels,
• Preparation of beds, bed linens,
• 3 towels per person (Mini, Maxi, Sauna),
  
• Internet wireless,
• Phone (incoming calls),
• Bio-Sauna with wellness shower,
• Babybeds (2),
• Baby highchairs (2),
• Skilocker at the bottom of slopes, skilifts and skischool (with skis brought to the skiroom at the arrival), shuttle bus next to the house,
• Elektrotaxi rides at arrival and departure from/to the parking (total of 4),
• ENDCLEANING
  

NOT INCLUDED :

TOURIST TAXES and EXPERIENCE TAXES :

• per adult per day: 4.50 to 7.- CHF
  
• per kid 6-16 per day: 1/2 price
• Free of charge for kids under 6.

DISCOUNTS :

• At Intersport-Glacier shop: our guests receive a price reduction of 10% on ski rentals and shopping: www.glacier-intersport.ch
  
• At Eskimos ski school, our guests receive a discount of 5%: www.eskimos.ch/en/sports/ski-school
• For 2 weeks rental, a discount  of 5% will be granted.
• The paiement of the Experience tax allows you to receive the Citizen Pass or BURGERPASS, and multiple discounts in Saas-Fee: www.saas-fee.ch/en/page.cfm/destination/freie-ferienrepublik/buergerpass

• SUMMER HIT: With the Citizen pass, ALL CABLECARS are FREE of CHARGE in Summer (except Metro Alpin and Hohsaas)
  

EXTRAS SERVICES on request:

• Morning rolls/fresh bread delivery
  
• Sodas/Wines delivery
• Extra elektro-taxi rides (in Saas-Fee village)
  
• Daily cleaning lady
• Taxi service with mini van from airports (Geneva, Zürich, Sion) or from railway stations
  
• CATERING with CHEF: Tea-time, Dinner (3 course menu), full breakfast, lunch on ski slopes
  

VARIOUS:

• Rental periods in Winter and Summer are WEEKS only and start on SATURDAY.
• In Spring and Autumn, shorter renting periods of 4 days are possible.
• The chalet is a non-smoking area.

BOOKING AND PAYEMENT:

• The reservation and the rental agreement is definetely validated by the paiement of the deposit.
• DEPOSIT: 40% (50% direct with Homeaway) of the total rental to be paid within 10 days after the reservation. Should the deposit not have been paid with said time-limit, the reservation is considered as not have been validated and the owner is free to offer the Chalet to any third party..
• RESIDUAL PAYMENT: to be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival, with Tourist taxes.
• Bank charges  are to be paid  by the Renter.

CANCELLATION:

• A reservation is considered to be binding.
• There is the possibility and it is recommended to conclude a cancellation insurance attached to the rental agreement or to ask it to the owner (Mobilière Assurance, 4%).
